The Town Council is excited and pleased to be leading the event and working closely with a stakeholder group which includes Brougham Hall Wartime Weekend, the Business Improvement District and community groups to organise a fantastic Bank Holiday of 1940s entertainment to commemorate and celebrate VE Day 75, and as an international celebration of peace - A time to remember, reflect and pay tribute to the millions who played such a vital part in achieving it.
