Crossfells Campsite
Crossfells Campsite is a small, pretty and quiet campsite, situated less than 3 miles from the historic market town of Penrith, with easy access to the M6, Ullswater Lake, Eden Valley and the Lake District.
We are a Camping and Caravanning Certified Site (CS) and accept up to 5 motorhomes and/or caravans with space for up to 10 tents. We offer 5 hard standing with electric hookups, a toilet, clean drinking water, chemical disposal toilet and grey water disposal.
We are situated on the fringe of Cumbria's Lake District National Park with fantastic views towards the Lake District’s Blencathra and the Pennine’s Cross Fell and Great Dunn Fell, ideal for when you want to get away from it all.
You will find plenty to occupy yourselves with plenty to see and do, pleasant walks and easy cycling in the Eden Valley, Lake District and the Pennine fells. Those of you looking for even more challenges the Sustrans Coast to Coast (C2C) goes right past our front door.
